All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. I have other projects and thought this would be a good way to get to know Mel and the work I could expect. What I can say from what I learned is that Mel is very much a seasoned craftsman as demonstrated by his solid work and attention to detail. He is also timely, responsive, and trust worthy which are all things I look for in a contractor. "My house original hard wood floors, were horrible, and after numerous estimates, I was told the floors were non-repairable and I would need to buy all new flooring. But, Pine Tree Flooring came out, inspected the original floors and took on the job, that no other company would take on. They took the time needed to make my old original floors look brand new. And, after the job was completed before scheduled, they offered assistance on a few other projects I had been waiting on quotes on from other companies. They are very affordable and I already plan on using their services again for My Basement floors."

"Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"
