"Excellent plumbing work by Vinnie and Angelo with Plum Crazy. We got estimates from 3 companies and Vinnie was our choice. They had the best price and did a great job installing a tankless water heater in Chico CA. I will bring them out for more work in the future. I appreciated that Vinnie explained the options and helped me make the best decision for our budget. I would strongly recommend them if you want excellent plumbing at a fair price. Thank you Vinnie and Angelo!"

"what was really good and very important is I had very little time to get my problem fixed and they communicated directly with me letting me know someone was available. I had another person lined up, but didn't get a direct response so I didn't have confidence that anyone would help me. but 99 Plumbing took that fear away by making contact directly with me and assuring me someone would be there and it all worked out very well. thank you for that 99 Plumbing. Prompt communication made the difference for me."

"I felt that he tried to make the job more than it was. At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn't want pipes replaced and he couldn't charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again."

"Replaced old water heater and pipes at a reasonable price. Was very respectful and conscientious. Did a great job."
