They were conscientious of noise and neighbors and asked for our approval on everything. Eugene was very communicative and got back to us on all of our many questions. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and price point. I had three bids for the roof, and Diamond came in with a fair price and a willingness to work with us. The best thing I can say is that Diamond kept all of their promises and even exceeded most of them: finished a full day early, very competitive bid, fit my schedule to the exact day, timely and communicative, got my roof scheduled and finished in under 3 weeks, etc. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the roof or the experience working with Diamond. If you are considering using them, you cannot do better."

I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. "I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced.
