"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

"I hired James to build us a Trex deck. While we were waiting forever on our County to finish the permit (no fault on Millions) they built us a hot tub deck to perfect size as well. His foreman Darren was super easy to work with. When a minor change was needed, he rolled with it and knocked it out in no time. "Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
