They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. "Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

"If you’re considering 58 Foundations, do yourself a favor and stop right now. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone—let alone friends or family. Their complete disregard for accountability is nothing short of infuriating. At first, things appeared to go smoothly. The workers were professional, and the workmanship seemed decent. But the illusion of competence quickly disintegrated when it came time for the building inspection. The city inspector requires a letter from the project engineer verifying that the work is safe, sound, and compliant with code. 58 Foundations flat-out refuses to provide this basic validation of their work. Why won’t they stand behind their project? Are they hiding shoddy, substandard work? As a homeowner, I’m now saddled with the mess of an open permit and no resolution in sight. This is unacceptable. If a company won’t back their work with a simple letter, what does that say about their integrity—or lack thereof? Didn't expect this kind of run around from a well established professional firm, save yourself the frustration and inevitable regret. Choose a company that honors their commitments and respects their customers. Once upon a time, 58 Foundations may have been reputable, but their crumbling standards are now painfully obvious. Don’t let their negligence become your problem."
