My neighbor and I both needed some follow-up, and we had to really persist to get things done, which ultimately they were. A bit more damage to the lawn and mediocre reseeding job than I would've liked, but all in all would recommend them"

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"The crew showed up within the projected time, introduced themselves, then began work. "David" explained how they would perform the work, as we struck up a casual conversation. The guys did the prep work and then started to squeegee a layer of Tarconite brand w/sand rubberized sealer. My 1300 square foot driveway now looks good and I expect this seal job to last between 3-5 years. Our southern New England weather is tough on driveways, so I thought it best to keep up with the maintenance."

"I was blown away at how well it came out. Fred Washburn and his crew are truly the best I have ever seen in this field. It is smoother than any tile floor I have ever walked on. I learned through the contractor that he does staining and stamping of concrete also and since I was so impressed and knowing concrete is only new once, I had him acid etch and stain the floor and it now looks like Tusan Marble!!! My friends and family are jealous because the floor looks better than thier bathroom tile : ) <br /> His crew waxed it to a shine that is mirror finished. I can even hire him to come back periodically to strip and wax it. <br /> I'm a raving fan! It was a chance for him to shine and he didn?t shy away or disappoint. Not only is the rebuilt chimney beautiful, but he also worked on a smaller chimney to make the two cohesive. The overall look has done so much for the appearance of our home. </p> <p>I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you really care about the finessing that an artist can bring.
