"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"May 15, 2020 Highly recommend! A great price for excellent work painting all wood trim, doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters. A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. Set up ladders and laid down tarps 4. Meticulous painting to make the finish to "look as good as new". 5. Complete clean up. Big job, but they knocked it out in 3 consecutive days. "Mr. Gill installed gutter screens for me last summer, 2020. It was a great experience. He was easy to get in touch with, and would return messages within the hour. He gave me an estimate which was very reasonable for the work being done. He was very patient when I told him it might be a few weeks before I would get back with him because of the virus. When I did get back with him, he came out late the same week to perform the work. He did a great job and I don't think I will have any leaf problems for years to come. And the price was very reasonable. I will highly recommend him to any friends or neighbors who needed roofing or gutter work in the future, and would definitely give him a 5 star rating. "The estimator came out and assisted us with developing a final design and layout.  He provided great suggestions during the design phase.  We are completely happy with the deck.  During the quoting process, we met at the showroom to make final color and decking decisions.  Having the showroom was a great resource to compare decking colors and railing choices. <br /> Upon downpayment of the deck, he provided an accurate estimate of when the deck would be started and completed.  During the build of the deck, everything went smooth as well.  The start date and completed date were right on the schedule that was communicated to us.  We had a couple of minor punchlist items from the build and Decks Unlimited followed up promptly and addressed our concerns.  They had a great attention to detail and we couldn't be more happy with the deck. <br /> Their pricing was in line with the other deck builders that we had quote the project.  Our decision was made based on the estimator spending additional time with us to help with an overall design of the deck, as well as, the other reviews from Angie's List detailing the craftsmanship showed when building the deck.  As I said, we couldn't be more impressed with the entire duration from quoting to final buildout. <br /> <br /> <br />"
