"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. "Mr. Gill installed gutter screens for me last summer, 2020. It was a great experience. He was easy to get in touch with, and would return messages within the hour. He gave me an estimate which was very reasonable for the work being done. He was very patient when I told him it might be a few weeks before I would get back with him because of the virus. When I did get back with him, he came out late the same week to perform the work. He did a great job and I don't think I will have any leaf problems for years to come. And the price was very reasonable. I will highly recommend him to any friends or neighbors who needed roofing or gutter work in the future, and would definitely give him a 5 star rating. "We had recently built a ranch on a small piece of property and there was nothing to walk out on from our back sliding doors.  Decks Unlimited came in a timely manner and reviewed what we wanted, which changed several times on our end.  They built, from the bottom up, a screened in porch and a small grill deck with steps going down to the ground.  We had them use Trex on the floor and stairs, as well as the ballisters/railings, which will be more maintenance free.  They installed lighting and a ceiling fan as well.  It took a bit longer than I had hoped but was worth the wait. <br />"
