"Very Professional! Came out same day in the evening and took care of cleaning up our carpet and began drying out our basement from water damage. Kept us informed and checked on the drying out process daily. Highly recommended!"

"Julius and Aaron, did 8 rooms two sets of stairs and closets in about two hours. Now normally I would think it would take longer but they did a phenomenal job! They were professional and thorough. The one thing that I will say is the standard cleaning with this company is that just, standard. The one room with some stains from previous owners looked to be gone but as it dried the stains were visible again. Otherwise I am completely happy with the rest."

"We had Hunter and Caden ( i hope i spelled his name right) on july 24 2023 at 945am. They greeted my client and i ( her caregiver) and offered to help move our furniture they did such a great job, my client was very happy and they were super nice and not on their phones or talking inappropriately like some companies weve had in the past. She says for young men they were very nice and their smiles made her day, she will be booking for the coming spring with this company. I would give these guys a raise they did a great job and even helped get tough stains out of her living room for her which was a major concern of hers. I am glad we went with this company for the price i am very impressed. Highly recommend these two men for the job. ;)"

"Marty inspected the crawlspace and determined no repairs needed at this time.He let me know about a water leak that needed repaired and told me several ways to monitor for any future repairs in bracing.Honesty and professionalism was appreciated.I would hire this company for any future work."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"Nice job. They cleaned up well. Not a big issue but the dry time quoted was 8-10 hours. It was close to 30 hours to dry in some areas with the heat turned up and ceiling fans on."

"Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze. They were able to install a high quality vapor barrier, foam board insulation around the border of my crawlspace, as well as a sump pump (his recommendation) in a matter of 2 days and did a wonderful job. I have no complaints whatsoever. If you have a crawlspace in need of a vapor barrier or insulation, I highly recommend calling Josh!"

"Went well with no problems. By way of background, I have used Quality Counts Painting since 2010. Since then they have painted the exterior twice, entire interior including the woodwork, outside deck and plaster board repairs. They are easy to work with and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them as I have done for neighbors and friends."

"They called ahead to allow time to get home and arrived on time. Tommy, director of operations, and Andy were the two men, both very professional. Tommy walked through and saw the issues, and explained what process he was going to do to resolve the issues. As he said on the phone he would keep me informed as he was doing the work, which he did. Both men went to work and were very thorough. When complete, the areas looked a lot better, and hopefully will when completely dry. I was impressed with how Calloway responded to the negative review, and even more so when I saw these two men handle the problem. Unexpected, they performed extra services at no charge, which I certainly appreciate and wanted to share how nice everything looks now. Thank you Tommy and Andy!!!"
