"My 3-year old gutter sprung a major leak along the seam, causing water damage to the connecting fascia board. The gutters were no longer under warranty and the original installers wanted my firstborn to repair it. Gary quoted a much lower price so I hired Lance Roofing to fix the leak. On inspection Gary determined the problem was not the gutters but within the roof valley. He painted and installed the new boards, but since the roof was still under warranty through another company he instructed me to call them. As it turned out, the problem actually was with the gutter and not the roof; some nails had pulled loose by ice storms over the winter, the gutter had separated, and it only needed reseated/resealed. After a bit of haggling the original roofer finally agreed to complete the work and fixed it for free.
Although Lance Roofing didn't fix the leak as I'd anticipated, they did an incredible job on the board replacement and I found Gary's down-to-earth approach very refreshing. They're punctual, reliable, highly professional and an excellent company to work with. They really care about their customers and I would defintely hire them for any future roofing needs.

"Competitive pricing, Quality premium level architectural shingles, Quality of work, Hard working people tear down and install roofing in one day and cleaned up debris on the same day. Everything was done per schedule, Vlad Smolyanov sales person took lots of time to explain the options, checked existing roofing, recommended the right kind of shingles and very professional to work with. I highly recommend Victorâ s roofing."

"Matt and his team were extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair and they were able to schedule our whole roof replacement in a matter of days. We highly recommend Inspector Roofing, LLC for all your roofing needs."

"I can highly recommend the team at American Home Tech for their outstanding service and attention to detail and quality while roofing my home and inside paint repair. Tom - the painter is a perfectionist and made sure his work was flawless before leaving the site. Michael the roofing project manager and his crew were on time, worked efficiently and performed quality work. I am very happy with American Home Tech."

"Victors was great! They came out and spent time inspecting the roof and attic and explained everything they recommended needed fixing. You may expect this from anyone quoting a roof job but we had other comapnies show up and not even go up in the attic. Price was competitive. The job was done well and completed within a day with no mess."

"After an understandable delay for rain, the crew arrived early in the morning to beat the heat. The roof was removed by 8:30 A.M. Lots of bad decking was discovered and replaced. While looking at the bad decking another problem, broken vent pipes, was discovered. They were able to have a plumber come and repair that before the put the decking down. Once the decking was down the men really started to work. Justine estimated that the job would be done by 6:00P.M. In fact they were finished and ready to leave by 5:30P.M. I was impressed by the efficient way the crew worked. And the cleanup was very good. They had several large magnets to find all of the nails that may have missed their cleanup. If I ever need a new roof I would certainly use this company again and I would recommend Curant Construction, LLC to anyone in need of a new rood."

"Calista started the process by contacting me about needing a new roof. She knew her product and gif an excellent job explaining the process. We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. I give a 5 star rating for the entire process and will highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors"
