"My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor  window which had cracked and pulled away from the house.
Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done.
The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done.

"Jeremiah Scheneider, the owner of American Construction, presented us with an estimate that was far lower than the other companies we had contacted. After carefully considering the evaluations posted on Angie's List, we decided to hire American Construction for the job. Jeremiah and his crew were always extremely professional (one thing that we liked about American Construction was that Jeremiah was also on-site, working side by side with the rest of his crew). They were always very polite and the job site was also left clean at the end of each day. "The is the 2nd time that Roger has painted the exterior of my house and I was happy to hire him again. It was time to repaint but their last job had lasted about 9 years and after cleaning still looked pretty good. He had a fair price about in the middle of bids received. He and his crew arrived when they said they would and they were finished on schedule. We made a slight change to color and made a major change to the front door color and sidelights and it looks great. They found some deterioration on my steel front door/sidelight set so that needed to be replaced too. They had a carpenter that did small prep items and for additional fees would do the other work such as siding replacement. They sent me to a local vendor to procure the doorset that had much better pricing than other local dealers for the same unit. I paid for the door and hardware separately but they painted the new door set inside and out. I'm very happy and would strongly recommend Roger Volz painting."

We asked for extra reinforcement and thickening in order to withstand annual deliveries of much via truckload. The work was priced, scheduled, and executed as promised. We've had other concrete contractors visit the house for different work and comment on the outstanding quality of work we received from CCS.
