"Unbelievably great experience. We decided to do it 2 weeks before thanksgiving and took Karen at her word that they would have the job done in 3-5 days. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. They worked quietly and cleaned up as they went. They did put the wrong counter in one bathroom but offered to change it out when I realized the mistake. Instead we decided to update the cabinets to match the counter because Karen gave us a great price. Even with the mixup the job was not delayed and we were happy to get the old cabinets done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Some reviews complain about them not doing the plumbing or electrical but it was clear to us that they don’t do that- they are very up-front about that. But Karen helped us to get a plumber there the day the work was done to hook everything up and working. It was a separate charge and not a problem. Eastern kitchen gave us the very best price."
