"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"Showed up on time. Took pictures of their work on the roof. They are very respectful and follow up. It has not rained yet so not sure if the roof repair has worked but they seem to have done a great job. The price was less than a popular local roofing company and seemed to be very fair and competitive. I would highly recommend them"

"Will Huckeby and Brian Opalensky contacted us and briefed us about the scenario of replacing our damaged roof by CedarValley. They knew what they were talking about and after 2 hours of questions and answerers we were convinced to sign a contract with them. From that moment the administration took over, forms needed to be completed, permits approved and when the big day arrived with the crew and a container it was a pleasure to watch how professional the job was done. 1st day:covering all the shrubs around the house with tarp, removing the damaged shingles from the roof. 2nd day: waiting for the inspection and it was the day off for the crew. 3rd day :placing the new shingles. Every day the crew cleaned around the house before they left. We are very happy with the final result."

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress.
