I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. The job took longer than expected and I would advise anyone scheduling a reno not to count on timeline being exact because challenges pop up. The mirror I ordered for bathroom was cracked and couldn’t be installed upon completion of project but they assured me that they would return and install it when it comes. It hasn’t arrived yet so I may need to update this if they don’t come back but they did everything they said they would."
