"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. "This is the second time we used Jeff. We were so pleased the first time I kept his number. No surprise that he did an excellent job removing an old medicine cabinet with mirrors, light fixture, and door handle with lock, and replacing it with the new medicine cabinet, lights, and door handle. The medicine cabinet (surface mount) was a bit smaller...so he even painted around the area with the paint I had. He cleaned the mirror, removed ALL debris and even hauled it away! He gets things done professionaly and in a timely manner. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy it! Jeff is definitely our "go to" guy!"
