"2/23/25 We own a Park Model in the RV Plantation in Lady Lake, FL & hired a Professional Construction Company known as Lucky Underwood Construction to make some modifications & additions to our our home. They did a great job and the quality of their work is superior. They are very easy to work with and their prices are very reasonable. They keep you informed and meet their dead lines. I highly recommend Underwood Construction. Robert Hoenecke 352-348--1872"

"Very personable with the customer. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable of the project and very detail oriented. Keeps the customer up to date of the work in progress every step of the way! Works with the customer especially if any problem arises and if any modifications are necessary. I would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects and I already have. Quality is very high. "Terry McMullen is extremely professional, courteous, neat and clean and very reasonably priced. We had molding installed in our whole home, 2200sf+ and the job was done in an extremely timely manner. My home was left spotless and the work was flawless. I highly recommend Terry! Our neighbors stopped by and were in AWE of our new molding and instantly wanted Terry's business card. We are having him back to remodel our sunroom very soon. I would never use anyone else after finding Terry! We are very satisfied!"

"Thank you so much for helping us with our project. We really appreciated the time you took to listen to us and answer questions, and for stopping by on a Saturday to help guide us in color and style decisions. We are extremely pleased with the selections! We also want to thank you and your team for your punctuality, professionalism and hard work. We know the demo work was not what you were expecting, and we appreciated how hard you all worked to make sure the project was done on time. We appreciated your expertise and the time you took to hear our concerns and create a solution to direct the flow of water off the patio. So far it is doing what you said it would do… You have a great work ethic and wonderful customer service skills… We will definitely refer you to friends, clients, family and will call you when it’s time for another project."
