"We had no hot water or heat from our boiler system. Walters and Hemming immediately sent a repairman out to assess the situation. He recommended we have the circulating pump replaced. We thought we would have to replace the entire system as it is very old. He did agree that replacing the system was a good idea but not immediately necessary. This was a relief with snow coming soon. He went right to work and worked quickly even though the pump was located in an extremely awkward position. He even explained what he needed to do and showed us the broken part. We had heat and hot water within a couple of hours. The repairman followed up with a call the next day to make sure all was working. <br />"
