"I could not be happier with the replacement sliding glass doors that Radiant installed in my three seasons room. Not only do they greatly enhance the beauty of the room, but they also make it so much easier to cool the room (and hopefully to heat the room this winter). Prior to getting these new windows and doors, I rarely could have the door between the room and the rest of the condo open because it was just too difficult to heat and cool the room. I have not shut the door once since the windows were installed despite temperatures into the high 90's. I feel as though a new room was added to my condo! Great product, well installed and insulated. Family owned and operated since 1944, Wallside sells directly to the homeowner, manufacturing and installing its own products. With a factory/showroom located in Taylor, Mich., the vinyl window manufacturer services two thirds of the lower peninsula of Michigan and northwest portions of Ohio.
"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."
