"Mr William Zavala is a very honest businessman who evaluated my floors and told me that instead of sanding and refinishing I needed to use a different cleaning and polishing process for"

"Refinished Bruce Pre-finished hardwood in kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Performed three repairs on water damaged wood. Installed LVP in two small bathrooms. Hardwood refinishing came out really well! Was not the least expensive estimate but offered a refinish process that was more thorough. Repairs came out well, and the LVP in the bathrooms looks good. Took a day longer than planned but results were worth it. Highly recommended!"

"Very well. They arrived on time each day, worked hard and gave us a beautiful floor."

"Marcos and his crew were extremely professional. They refinished our entire first floor oak floors. The work was of the highest quality. BR Flooring worked extremely efficiently. We highly recommend them."

"Aaron Goodman. The owner of AG Construction is very polite, responsive, helpful, resourceful, honest and easy to talk to. His team headed by Cesar is exceptional. They are very thorough, skilled, polite and friendly. I was able to pick out the flooring online or at ProSource Flooring . This was also a positive experience. I now have beautiful vinyl plank flooring and hardwood stairs of excellent quality installed in a very timely fashion and at an incredibly fair price!! Steps were also refinished to match the flooring and they look great. Aaron also completed an excellent job in my father’s house with wood floor refinishing and wood stairs. It was beautifully done. My sister highly recommended AG Construction to me."

"We hired them to install wood floors in our Ellicott City house. They were professional and followed through with the project from beginning to the completion of the project. There was a problem (not their fault) that impacted the install and they came up with an efficient cost effective solution. Simply put, they went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and went over and above to get the job done on budget and within time parameters. I highly recommend BR Flooring for wood floor installation. It's what they do and they do it well."

"It was a pleasure to have Mr Jackson and his assistant work in our home. We hired him to replace damaged wood flooring and refinish the floors on the first level of our home, including the steps. He was timely in coming to my home to evaluate the job and give my husband and me a price quote. I was comfortable hiring him because of all of the positive reviews I read about him and his professionalism After we agreed to the quote, he immediately sent us the contract and he honoured all of the contract terms. His work is excellent and my floors look brand new. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to get their floors repaired or refinished. Paula Wade, Mitchellville, Maryland"

"We love our new floor. Floor Gem did a great job. They are punctual, organized and they didn't even take a full day to finish. We highly recommend Floor Gem for your next project."

"Excellent job! The floor was old and I thought about removing it. Called them, John came out and said they could resand the floor and replace tiles. He understood it was also a radiant heat floor and came up with a solution and quote that was fair. Workers arrived on time, cleared room, sealed off room from rest of house and got to work. After sanding the floor looked amazing, and after staining and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane (right solution) it looked incredible. All COVID precautions taken, John came back to check in during the job and afterwards for walk through. This was a very good job at a reasonable price. I'm extremely happy with the results and will call them again in 50 years when I need to re-do the floor. In the meantime it should be fine until then :-)"
