I could go on and on about how understanding he was to my family, our financial situation and timeline, but to get straight to point, we are so happy with the outcome of our kitchen. We made budget and able to get everything accomplished. I appreciate Jose Luis’ thoughtfulness on showing options to consider such as grout color, using pencils on the wall and sizes of tile. I also greatly appreciate how he and his team contain the work area to avoid dirt carrying to other rooms. I came home on the last day and you would have never known there had been major repairs going on. CLEAN! I’ll be calling him next year for bathroom remodel for sure. I’m relieved to have met such a trustworthy person/company who makes customer satisfaction their number one priority."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! "The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."
