"I had an issue with my sprinkler system where I kept getting a fault on the Master Valve. I have used Tri County Sprinklers for over 10 years now and I am glad I called them again. Andrew was the tech that came out to do the work. Master Valve can be a scary one because I have heard nightmares in the neighborhood of cost to replace. I watched Andrew troubleshoot my system and find that it was only a bad solenoid. After replacing the bad solenoid and a couple of test runs I was back to watering my yard again. He also found a couple of things that needed some attention and adjustment. Things that you or I wouldn't look for when the sprinkler system is running. Here is what I can tell you about the last 10 plus years of dealing with Tri County. I have never been overcharged, over sold, or felt scammed. They are always professional and punctual. If they are running late they give you a courtesy call. Scheduling and bill payment is a breeze as well. Their lead time is long, but so is everyone else in the sprinkler business in San Antonio. Do yourself a favor and don't ask the landscaper down the road if he can fix your system, or try to find someone to get there the following day. "I went great! Terrance came out the afternoon I called. He assessed the situation, established a plan and provided an estimate on the spot, which he detailed and followed up with a formal email bid when he got back to the office. The construction of the addition had also left a great deal of bare ground and we had Andy's re-sod the grass. They provided some of the most beautiful grass I have seen in awhile. Work started on a Tuesday; the drainage system was finished on Thursday; the grass installation on Saturday morning. These folks are very professional. I see that some reviewers have said their prices are a little high. Having seen what too much runoff and flooding can do to property, we wanted a well established company to do the work and felt the bid was fair for the job. Once work got underway, we knew we had made the right choice."

"Texas Pros (Jacob) came out and spent a good amount of time inspecting what the other guys did. Found one leaking valve, but were not sure about why the system was so messed up. Didn't charge me for more than the service call and replacement valve despite spending a good amount of time...Jacob said, we didn't get it up and running so I am not going to charge you today. Let me think about this and we will come back. He came back, said he had a pretty good idea of what was going on. He dug up the previous "repair" and discovered that the first guys plumbed the system wrong and completely cut off my front yard zone. He redid the lines the right way and in just a little over an hour my system was back. On time. Professional. Knows what he is doing. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and Texas Sprinkler Pros."
