"It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day I called. Kody and his coworker arrived on time. He thoroughly checked the faucet and plumbing. He confirmed that the situation did not cause any harm to the plumbing in the wall and there were no leaks. I decided not to have him investigate further because that would involve breaking tile and I felt that as long as there are no leaks or plumbing issues, I didn't want to take any further actions. The plastic cartridge was damaged during the investigation so we scheduled a second appointment which allowed me to pick up a new cartridge for him install. While he was working, I had lots of questions for Kody to make sure I understood and to ensure everything else was perfectly safe to use. He was very patient with me and answered my questions in a way I understood. I would definitely use George Plumbing again."

"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you. "

"Art and Johnathan have always been on time and very profession. For instance, the price they charged for repairing one gas hot water heater was significantly lower than that of the company that made the same repair on the other water heater in my rental cottage, and it was a high quality repair. I would recommend Capps Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work. In fact, I have already done that. It's hard to put a price on the service because they have done so many different jobs for me, but I selected the price for the job where he installed a new garbage disposal which he provided himself, hooked up a new ice water line to a new refrigerator, and rearranged existing piping under the sink where friends had tried to help me by hooking up the dishwasher and other plumbing items without really knowing what they were doing. "OUTSTANDING from Start to Completion. I purchased a Toilet from Lowes Store and paid to have it installed. I was promptly called by AFM Plumbing and talked with Jason to schedule a date to install. We set the date, AFM picked up the toilet from Lowes and we were give a call of the day scheduled that they would be at our residence within 20 minutes from the call. <br /> I did not know at the time that AFM was a Father Son Business. However, when they arrived I met Al and Jason for the first time and was very impressed when it was discovered by Jason that the toilet I purchased (my lack of knowledge) would not fit in the bathroom due to the size of the Tank etc. Jason, said no problem Sir, I can take this back and get the correct size of the same item and will be back and install. Then when they were loading it on their truck noticed that there were two other toilets on the truck which would fit my bathroom. He said no problem , he called Lowes on the phone told them of the problem and ask them to give me credit for the one I had purchased and he would return my original purchase for me and pick up another for the next delivery. <br /> To me, this is above and beyond the call of duty and I want to thank Jason for doing this and taking the time (free of charge) to return the other toilet back to Lowes. <br /> This team knows exactly how to do a job in a professional manner. They really do work as a team and the Job was completed in an outstanding professional manner within 45 minutes from start to finish. <br /> What I really like was when they took the old toilet out, the put plastic all around it to ensure that no water would be coming out onto our carpet etc. <br /> Bottom line is this. You can pay a little more for a professional job. We are so happy, we now have a new Plumbing Team when we need a Plumbing Job. In fact, very soon we will have them do another install of a toilet. <br /> I Highly recommend this professional business to every Angie's List subscriber or any other individual household. <br />"
