"New roof and new gutters"

"The old roof had more layers on it than it should have, so it had to be removed. After it was removed, the decking underneath it had holes and looked like Marion County roads. They replaced the decking that needed it and installed the new roof, gutters and gutter covers. They covered the bushes around the house and cleaned up very well as they went. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. My neighbors on both sides were as well and are planning on contacting him when they're ready for a new roof also."

"The provider did not check the stove to see whether he was installing an outlet that would work.  The plug needed to be recessed into the wall, and all the provider did was install a flat outlet.  The plug still didn't work for the stove we had and we ended up returning the stove.

They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case.
