"David was amazing to work with. He worked long days and got our projects done in the time he had promised. Our bedrooms floors were original hard wood and in poor condition and he refinished them beautifully. He then took out our living room carpet and placed the same type wood floor in the living room. I could not believe how pretty the floor looked and how it updated our house. David was extremely knowledgeable about wood types and the stains. He helped me make the difficult choice of picking the stain and convinced us to just use the natural stain and let the color of the floor do the work. That was the right call and exactly what I wanted, and he knew it before I did! David took extra time to nail down our subfloor to make sure that the squeak we heard when walking was fixed. Multiple people that have seen our floors have asked who weâ ve used and Iâ ll recommend David any day. We plan to use him in the future for other flooring projects."

"I had Footprints out to refinish the original wooden floors for the downstairs of the house a few months back and liked their work so much that I rehired them refinish the stairs and upstairs hallway (which included repairs) as well. They were very knowledgeable on the subject matter and were able to provide a clear estimate on specifically what they could or could not fix, as well as a fairly accurate estimation on when work would be completed. The workers themselves were very courteous throughout, as they always showed up on time, practiced social distancing, and were sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each work day. They were even able to throw in some transitions to the bedrooms and bathroom floors, which I greatly appreciated. The craftsmanship of their work was superb, and really transformed the feeling of the entire upstairs of the house. I thought the total cost of the project was more than fair, and was more than worth it given their reliability. "Nathan came to my in-laws home to see the damage and give an estimate to fix the ceiling damage. He made a quick assessment and we set 2 appointment times to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling within a week and a half of the estimate. At the end of the second day, the ceiling looked like there had never been any damage. Nathan did a fantastic job. My in- laws couldn’t be happier. In fact they have already had Nathan back to do more work!"

"Very professional. Nic was adamant about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure each step of the cleaning process was appropriate and good. Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."
