"David was amazing to work with. He worked long days and got our projects done in the time he had promised. Our bedrooms floors were original hard wood and in poor condition and he refinished them beautifully. He then took out our living room carpet and placed the same type wood floor in the living room. I could not believe how pretty the floor looked and how it updated our house. David was extremely knowledgeable about wood types and the stains. He helped me make the difficult choice of picking the stain and convinced us to just use the natural stain and let the color of the floor do the work. That was the right call and exactly what I wanted, and he knew it before I did! David took extra time to nail down our subfloor to make sure that the squeak we heard when walking was fixed. Multiple people that have seen our floors have asked who weâ ve used and Iâ ll recommend David any day. We plan to use him in the future for other flooring projects."

"I have used other hardwood floor refinishers and Perry Hardwood was much better in terms of overall quality--floor prep, stain and the finish process. The result was a deep rich floor finish. I wish that I had used them the first time rather than the other company!! We definitely would highly recommend them to others!! 5 Star rating!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We are thankful for Guardian Flooring. They refinished our old wood floors and installed new wood floors to match. The result was better than we could have hoped for. Dave and Kristen are professional and kind, which is hard to find with any contractor."

"Absolutely wonderful outcome on my wood kitchen floors. Omar was friendly, efficient and professional. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Gentleman was informative. Told us how they were going to do floors, thee products they would use and how to maintain the floors"

"It wasnâ t a simple job. The floor had to be refloated because of water damage to it because of the Feb 2021 freeze. Having them come out to my home with all their samples made the choices easier to see if they would work or not with our decor."

"Nathan came to my in-laws home to see the damage and give an estimate to fix the ceiling damage. He made a quick assessment and we set 2 appointment times to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling within a week and a half of the estimate. At the end of the second day, the ceiling looked like there had never been any damage. Nathan did a fantastic job. My in- laws couldn’t be happier. In fact they have already had Nathan back to do more work!"

"Our family highly recommends R. Wright Construction and Remodeling. We found the company on HomeAdvisor. We submitted a request for both interior and exterior work on our house, including wood rot, new trim work, lighting, and roof work. Mr. Wright responded to our request within 24 hours, and came out shortly after to do a walk through. We received a very agreeable quote a few days later and scheduled his company to do the work. The workers were efficient, professional, and highly skilled. We absolutely love the end results!Mr. Wright is a very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He is passionate about his work and cares about doing the job right. We put our trust in his advice and were extremely satisfied with the results. You can put your confidence in him because he stands behind his work! Our family has moved a few times over the last few years. We found it very difficult to find a competent, dedicated, and trustworthy contractor. We will look no further. We look forward to working with him on our future projects. You can't go wrong with R. Wright."

"I had my entire kitchen renovated- cabinets and flooring. Chris came out and installed my new kitchen transformation. He was very professional every step of the way, always responsive, and was always willing to answer any questions I had. All of his work and materials are high quality. The cabinets, flooring, and backsplash are all in now, and they look amazing!”"
