Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. "Luis and his crew were among three contractors who bid on repointing the exterior part of our century-old leaking chimney. His bid was competitive, but he suggested that, for a few hundred more, he could simply replace the chimney to a little below the roof line, and avoid future problems. (The other two contractors didn't do masonry.) Then we discovered rot in the roof around the chimney. He ended up replacing a lot more wood, re-flashing, matching our existing shingles, and giving us a neatly-built new chimney, all within the agreed price. We are very happy with their work."

We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! They covered the house in tarps while taking the old shingles off, and the entire surrounding area of my house was spotless when they left! And the Final product looks great! "This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect.
