"They were able to be scheduled quickly for an oven repair around Thanksgiving"

"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Service was very quick. I submitted a request after hours on Friday night and he was there by noon on Saturday. The rates were very reasonable and my dryer was fixed by 1 pm. He went out to get me the part I needed even though it was Saturday because I needed it fixed that day. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or a nicer repairman. I would highly recommend to anyone"

"Oven handle was broken. Tim Hrgchou performed the service of taking off the door, taking the door apart, and putting on a handle that I purchased from Ebay since the manufacture discontinued the handle. Tim was prompt, courteous, and clean. Would use him again."

"Fantastic, I was expecting huge repair. It was only clogged drain filter."

"I was happy with the repair. They rewired an outlet that I had installed and wired it wrong. I thought that the price charged of $349.00 was very excessive. I do not know if I can afford this company to make repairs in the future."
