"West Shore did all that they said they would do and more. We replaced two tubs with walk-in showers. The floors were slippery. We asked what we could do. They installed some clear non-slip material to the floors at no cost."

"The salesman worked with us on the cost. Disappointed with first installer. He came alone and would not go on top of the roof to complete the job. Second installer came out next day to finish. Then after first rain. all of the corners I asked leaked, A3rd installer had to come out!!"
