"The company had the sinks that went on the countertops, but did not predrill the sink opening. Instead, one sink which had a lip on it, the mason drilled out an opening with a hand drill. The opening can not be seen, but why was npot the hole cut at their plant before bringing the slab up, and a second slab which had a below top sink, they had to haul back to their shop, cut the hole and then bring it up the next day. The finish work, in putting in the granite shelves was poor, and I will have to patch and redo the stucco walls. So overall D+ job, and they were not particularly low cost."

Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. (many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment.
