"It was fantastic. I left a request on Angies List and John of JDS called me right back. He lives in cottonwood and I live in Prescott Valley. He called a service man in Prescott to see if he was available. Both of them called me right back and I missed their calls as I was on another line. When I did get back with them J.T. was at my door immediately. Took him 10 minutes to do the job and it was excellent. No mess, wonderful service, and priced so that I could afford it."

"They said they were going to bring three people and they only managed two so it took them all day to pack up and everything and of course we got charged for the extra hours. Which you know, I wasn't real trilled with. They seemed to good a job packing, they scraped the front door getting the refrigerator out but I guess that didn't bother me to much because we are selling that house. 

They were very nice and very careful with packing. We had a nick on the bed post but other then that everything else ended up being in really good condition. We were only moving a mile it wasn't like we were moving across town. They were very nice, friendly, explained everything. We brought in pizza in for supper and they liked that."

All the other companies responded with their answering services but scheduled services days away, but with the requirement that someone be at home, requiring me to take a day off work. Ron determined that the motor and mechanism be replaced, which he did within 3 days, and not requiring me taking off work. Very professional small business with excellent work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction!"
