"We hired MG Landscaping and Irrigation to do a large landscaping project around our pool. The project involved removal of many trees and plantings, ornamental grasses, and pool decking to create a new landscape with a retaining wall, new plantings, a fire pit, proper drainage, landscape lighting and pavers where the pool deck was. That project was finished in December 2017 and is simply wonderful. We then asked them to come back and landscape the front of our home, to update the look and remove some difficult species. That project was completed in July, 2018. In fact, during the second project, they noted a few plantings from the first project that failed to take, and replaced those for free without being asked. For both projects, Chris took care of issues and deficiencies with our irrigation system as well. Overall, MG Landscape & Irrigation was awesome. There are not enough superlatives in our vocabulary to express our pleasure with their work. Key points are expertise, experience, addressing unseen issues with irrigation and electrical, design (Chris has a degree in horticulture and landscape design from Purdue), responsiveness, communication, and customer service. The main reason for these projects was to restore the look of our property and eliminate the tiresome, days-long annual event of trimming and clean-up. Today, Chris and one other worker performed the fall clean up in less than 2 hours; simply awesome! We will only go to MG Landscape & Irrigation for my landscape and irrigation needs. "Outstanding all around! Mike and his crew are very pleasant individuals and were true to their word. They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.

"We used Tony and crew in 2013 - he is a neighbor down the street and to know Tony and his wonderful family is to know you will be well taken care of. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. Loved the work, but not sure what I like more--the concrete or the man behind the mission. Thanks brother for great work! Hope to get to use you at the new place."

"I contacted Yard Xpression (YX) for a patio in February. I had seen their display at a Kroger last year but couldn't afford the project at the time. I called YX hopimg to get the project done early this year so I started the process in February. I cant say enough about how responsive YX was. I had called multiple companies for quotes and not only did YX get back to me the same day, but they were 1 of only 2 to even call me back.
YX was helpful and patient in the whole process while my wife and I decided on all the specifics of our project, and even helped us in some design elements. They continued their timely responses and made the process very easy, and we're even flexible on some dates so that I could be home to see the completion.
As for the project itself, we couldn't be happier. The patio turned out just great and luckily the weather has been great so we have been able to get a lot of use out of it already. I would happily recommend YX again for a friend or another landscaping project. Great overall experience."
