"Very nice brought the water heater out installed in 2 hours. Very good work."

"Robby not only helped me with a complete remodel of my bathroom but also replaced my hot water heater and made a new connection for a washing machine to be moved inside the house while turning the old connection, in an outside shed, into a much needed utility sink. All work was done in Jacksonville, FL at 3235 Hickorynut st. The bathroom remodel was on a very tight time schedule of 4 weeks and a complete gut job. Robby was an absolute professional and able to make the 4 week goal from start to finish. Pricing was very affordable for the remodel, new washing machine connection, utility sink install and hot water heater replacement. Always on time and great communication throughout the project. Call him with your project ideas and plumbing needs and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this plumber!"

"Very nice young man. He came prepared to work. He cleaned up after he was done. He went out of his way to make sure I got my water back."

"We had a leaky water heater that needed replacement. We called Sunday afternoon. They came out Monday morning, explained clearly the options between a tankless and tank heater. We chose and they installed it that very day. By noon Monday, all was finished. It could not have gone any smoother."

"My husband and I were referred to CGC Water by close friends. Everything from the first appointment with the sales man to having the project complete felt very intentional and customer focused. They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. I was really happy that they got us on the schedule quickly, we did not have to wait 4+ weeks that other projects have taken. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment."

"Wish the tech would have told me the hose connection on the toilet needed to be replaced. I would have then told them fix that as well. But otherwise Great, fast job."

"My tenant and I were given window of 8am - 1pm that's a FIVE hour window. We were contacted ONCE at 11:45 on the status of our service call. They said that they were running behind. We waited until five minutes after one. There was no attempt to call or reschedule the service. I contacted the office manager, she assured me he was "on his way". She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."

"Had shutoff valves replaced under three sinks, main water shutoff replaced and faucet installed. Upfront pricing and outstanding work. John worked efficiently and was a pleasure to have at my home. Thank you John for the great work and professionalism you showed taking time to explain certain things."
