"Great company with perfect customer service. Tony was easy to work with. Had a poor experience with a previous sales person of his, but Tony treats people right. As for his installers, mostly awesome. Leo is the main guy and he’s genuinely a great person. He really goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. There were other guys on the job, as we did batts throughout the entire house plus a soundproof firewall. They weren’t as clean or efficient, but Leo actually came back to fix their mistakes. We did our spray foam with another company through home advisor and Tony’s crew pointed out many flaws in their work. Unfortunately, it’s too late to have them fix their poor work...but I’d recommend USA Insulation to anyone."
