"Paul did a super job explaining and installing a whole house surge protector unit below our breaker panel in Feb. 2020. Paul was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, fast, and a great guy! Bruce (in the office) set things up for Paul to install the surge protector after they received it from the manufacturer. Paul had determined what was needed when he came out to give us the free estimate. The order took about a week to arrive so we have the best surge protector for our house. Paul came right out to install it after Bruce called to say they had received it and set up the time for the installation. We could not have asked for better work than Paul's expertise - we are so glad to have this now to protect our appliances from the FL storms and JEA power surges. "June-July 2020: I had (3) projects completed by Damon/Mike of Mr. Sparky's. The first job was installing a GIFI switch on the front porch. The second job was supposed to be installing an interlock switch in my main electrical panel for my generator (though due to the age of the panel we settled for an exterior recessed plug outlet). The third job was running an electrical feed and installing a sub-panel into my workshop. During these three projects we had some glitches (as in this kind of work happens frequently). But, Damon, Mike and the Sparky Management made them all good and I would recommend Sparky to others because of their willingness to bend, good work quality and desire to provide overall customer satisfaction. During the process all the workers were courteous and knowledgeable!"

"Chris and his crew were very professional in completing a complete panel upgrade from a 100 amp service to a full 200 amp service in our home. After completing our electrical upgrade, we hired them to do a change over of our existing overhead electrical connection to installation of an underground electrical connection. All work was done satisfactorily and on time. We would highly recommend using this company and we will definitely us them if we are in need of further electrical work. "I’ve been using David Gray plumbing since the early 90’s. 3 repipes. Misc plumbing and pipe clean outs. Always had quick service calls, same morning or by end of day. Always seemed the value was worth the cost. However, something has changed. Had two service calls last week. Both I feel were way over priced. My loyalty to David Gray Plumbing is lost. Never felt I needed to read other’s reviews. But while penning this review, I see an overwhelming number of customers are having the same impression. They have become too expensive to even call for future service. I’ll find a smaller plumbing company to finish installing my bathroom fixtures I got in today."

"<p>It seems that several EFI outlets in my kitchen are one breaker and the breaker died (didn't flip, just quit working). PACI found the problem quickly and discovered that I had additional breakers in the box that weren't being used. So he rearranged the breaker box to fix the failed outlets, and made it so that I didn't have to spend a bunch of money on new material. I do need blanks now for the box, but that is a much easier, and cheaper, fix.</p> <br />"

The owner is office person and he supervises work, so I find email is the best method to contact. If I send him an email, he will normally respond when he gets back to the office or the next day."
