"The representative for the estimate called he was in the area a little earlier, I thanked him for calling and to come earlier is fine. He was polite and thorough. The estimate was several hundred below another estimate that I was given, I scheduled. The two installers also arrived on time if not a few minutes early, they were polite, I had to leave for work but felt confident that the would install a quality product. The railings are beautiful and they cleaned after their work, not one piece of railing scrap. Carl's fencing delivered more than expected. I will definitely be using Carl's fencing again. "Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.

Contacted W & G Siding & Roofing, Inc. to inquire about replacement of two shingles that had come off of the corner of the garage and what the cost would be, and if he was willing/able to do the work.

The owner, Mr. Greg W. took my call and information, told me what he would charge, which was very reasonable. He said he could do the work that same afternoon.  He ended up being able to/needing do the work earlier in the day.  He called to ask if he could move the work up,  to which I agreed.

He arrived on time, assessed the re-usability of the fallen shingles, assessed the area needing replaced, observing that additional existing shingles edges were also loose, not attached and could come off as the other two had.   He replaced the shingles, nailed down the edges of the loose shingles and sealed/caulked appropriately.  It didn't take long.

Mr. Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and honest. 

The cost was very reasonable.  Prompt performance of the work was excellent.  (I had called another company, who had quoted me a price 3 times more, and could not get to it for a week)

I highly recommend contacting W & G Siding and Roofing for your home needs.  I would not hesitate in the least to use their services again, even if their quote was not the lowest for the job.  Finding a good honest contractor is golden.
