"Tom and his team helped me with a deck installation. His team were highly skilled and professional on this project. I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. "I requested an attic inspection from RAM Residential through Angie's List. On Feb. 4th Jeff from RAM spent over an hour inspecting my attic and trying to understand what was causing dampness and black color along one side of attic. He took the time to consult with his boss over the phone to understand the problem. The solution required 10" of blown-in insulation/ 17 baffles and duct tubing from bathroom to outside. Jeff was very professional as were the crew that completed the work on Feb 20th. I am very please with the results.

"Lakes Professional Painting Co painted my kitchen.  The price was excellent and the people who came to my house were very friendly. The only issue I had, aside from a few small paint splashes, was that they left a small wall unpainted because, they said, it would have put me over the 300 sq. feet included in the deal.  I was not aware of this until they were packed up and ready to go.  I would have appreciated the opportunity to pay an additional fee to have them finish it or to finish it myself while their supplies were out.  As it was left, I had to buy paint supplies to finish one very small area that I assumed was included."
