"It turned out okay. I wouldn't rate them as great. They did the job but I probably wouldn't recommend them. They came out and gave a lower estimate but I didn't know they were going to use the old brick. The chimney and the bricks were starting to chip. The only thing they replaced was the bricks that were chipped. Another company told me that had a higher estimate, they'll come in and give you a lower estimate but they'll use your same old brick which is what they did. They did replace maybe 8 or 10 bricks out of the whole chimney. When they showed up with their truck, I thought they had a load of bricks. They charged me $50 or $100 for a cheap cap to put on it. I could probably buy one for $30 at Lowe's or Home Depot myself. I said I don't want that, just turn out my old one. It's too late now, we've already bought it. I said, you can't take it back to the store? No. It serves a purpose a guess, but I wouldn't know."

"Tom has done work for us 2 years in a row. Last year we needed a chimney liner so we could use our new woodstove. He was professional, prompt and we will continue to to use him as long as he is in business. <br /> This year we thought we might have to replace some bricks at the top of the chimney. After checking it out and cleaning the chimney. Tom assured us that we didn't need the extra work done. <br />"

"The 2014 shed job needed a call back immediately as door was gaping and not closing tightly. They were prompt in their response. Only one coat of paint was applied to the new wood, not adequate in my opinion, but I didn't complain at the time. Now, four years later, the plywood is pulling away from the beams because long staple type fasteners were used rather than wood screws. The second job, done in 2016, was unsatisfactory from the start. The work included installation of new door and installation of brick molding and flashing on leaking door. Painting, patching and caulking of both doors was included in the price. The door that was leaking leaked even worse after being repaired and only one coat of paint was applied over holes; no patching was done. Some areas were left completely unpainted. I called and someone came out to do another repair. He said that more work had been done than was necessary and a simple caulking was done. Leaking problem was solved. He also said that someone would call about fixing the poor paint job, but nobody ever did."

"Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Greg, the salesperson checked on the job during installation and then came back after completion and went up on the roof to check the job. The installation crew were great guys and kept me updated each day on the progress and what they had done and what they still needed to do. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left a mess. The whole job took 4 days."

"Amazing work from start to finish! I could not be more pleased with the services we received from Ferguson roofing. From the beginning the made sure I had plenty of samples to work with to make sure the vision I had for my home come to life. The team was professional, responsible and reliable. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will make sure to refer Ferguson Roofing to everyone in need of a roof on an existing home or one that’s getting built. Thanks again!"

"I selected Alpha & Omega because they offered a camera inspection of chimneys and since it was off season they were running a special promotion. Technicians were on time and professional, chimney was very dirty but the crew protected the area around the fireplace. They inspected the hot water heater venting and informed me that it was not to current code. When I latter had my gas meter upgraded, the Consumers technician failed my hot water heater due to improper venting. I had Alpha & Omega return to upgrade my hot water heater vent and install a chimney liner with a chimney cap. I did not get any other quotes for these services as the prices seemed reasonable based on past experience."
