"It started off bad because I had the water heater installed, submitted my paperwork for my rebate for the installation and then my rebate ended up not getting honored because the water heater that was installed didn't qualify for Spire's rebate. Turn's out that the water heater that would fit my location as well as satisfy Spire's rebate, I would have had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for that specific water heater so, the owner of Hosack's Plumbing cut me a check for the amount of the rebate and the amount over time that the new water heater would have saved me. Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

"Garrett Korn was my installer from Mr. Rooter. I was informed prior to his arrival that he was on his way and he arrived shortly after 8:00 for an 8 - 10 AM window. He quickly analyzed our plumbing problem, gave us a quote right away (which I agreed to) and then left to get all the parts he needed. He was only gone for a short period of time, did all the work, and was totally completed before 10:00 AM. The quality of the work was very good and now we are up and running again. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and selfishly ask for Garrett. He is easy to work with and very competent."

"John has been our go-to guy for several years now. We live in an early 70s home, and as with all older homes there are repairs that are needed fairly often. From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. And the pricing has always been fair. Since then he has installed a number of appliances and fixed sundry leaks for us. Can't recommend him or his company enough. Give them a try."

"I cannot thank the Tub Company enough for their work! We had rust around the overflow of our bathtub that leaked through and caused damage to our first floor ceiling. We were told by others that there was nothing that we could do except replace the tub and estimates were around $5000! Then, thankfully someone mentioned to look into getting the tub refinished instead. I called The Tub Company (Tubco, Inc) and the owner Lenny answered right away, was so pleasant to talk with and assured me that his crew could help us out. The next day, the serviceman Eli showed up, right on time, and was as pleasant as could be. After a few hours, the tub looks brand new, no sign of rust, and within a couple of days we will be able to use the tub again.
