"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "The owner of Norse came and was pleasant, punctual and professional. I don't think I fully understood the offering for $49--so my expections may have been out of alignment from the actual estimation done. As a general contractor, his focus was on the construction aspects of the job. I was thinking that there would be someone that could speak to the specifics around flooring choices, cabinet alternatives, etc. The estimation was detailed, but was missing a couple of the items I had gotten excited about. But I felt that the owner was fair and trustworthy. If I decide to move ahead with the large renovation he quoted me, I'd definitely feel comfortable using him as my general contractor."
