Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape.
