"I booked Mister Sparky through Home Advisor at which time I was showed an estimate of the work I needed to be done where I could pay upfront or not I opted not to pay upfront. I was contacted by Mister Sparky within 10 minutes the man scheduled a day and time for an electrician to come to my home to actually see what work needed to be done and he would do the work that day if I wanted it done if not I had to pay a $19.95 estimate fee. The electrician showed up on time he was nice he looked over the work I wanted to be done he gave me an estimate $250.00 over the estimate Home Advisor quoted me and I was supplying all the materials because I was going to do the work myself, but I could not due to a knee injury as I explained to the man when I scheduled the appointment. The electrician called his company explained the situation and stating that I booked them through Home Advisor at which time an estimate was quoted and then he changed the estimate to $41.00 higher then Home Advisor's estimate so I told him do the work. The electrician was thorough he cleaned up the debris after finishing the job. My advice to anyone is make sure you keep telling them you booked them through Home Advisor and how much the estimate was quoted by Home Advisor even though the company you book knows this because when they contact you they say I got your work request from Home Advisor. Just Beware!"

"I needed a new A/C unit, both inside and out at my apartment in Ocala. Dave and Christian were ..... so great! Polite, kind, professional, courteous. They both introduced themselves, asked if they could the sink or bathroom. Just super nice guys. They collaborated well together and helped each other out. They said please and thank you and I got you to each other! (I work in HR--- can you tell?) My expectations were exceeded with these two. I will recommend your company to anyone I know. Well done!!"

"My upstairs unit was working, but not able to keep up with the warmer temperatures in late afternoon, despite being only 2 years old (new construction). I called and spoke with Kathleen, who was courteous and polite and scheduled a tech that morning. Our technician was Ronnie. He was efficient, methodical, pleasant, and patient. He systematically worked through his process and diagnosed a faulty expansion valve. It had to be ordered, and while the part was covered by warranty, the labor wasn't, and neither was the new refrigerant that had to be put in. He wrote everything up to give to us in case we wanted to get the home builder to remedy the problem. We decided we didn't want to wait, so gave him the go ahead. He got the part ordered and schedule the repair for us 2 days later. Daniel was our installer for the new parts. He was also very professional, efficient, and courteous. He got done in less time than our first tech estimated, and the A/C is running again like new. Also, I should point out that this review was written during the stay-at-home for COVID-19, and both techs wore masks, gloves, and footwear without being asked, which is great. As someone with a new house, naturally, it's a bummer having to pay nearly $700 for a new Carrier unit that is under warranty (which is not the fault of the service company. Despite that, I found this to be a very positive experience with Cornerstone, and will use them in the future without hesitation, and would recommend them for sure. Thanks to Ronnie and Daniel, they're fine representatives for your company!"

What a lovely service provided by Mr. Martinez and his crew.  Everything from the estimate till the completion of the floors was remarkable. The initial plan was to refinish the floors of our home in Miami Beach and we ended up doing wall paneling and changing the baseboards with them. They are excellent professionals and craftsmen. They have competitive prices and we did a custom job in the walls, which is usually expensive. They were very helpful advising us with the best material for the wall and never tried to impose their opinions.

We also liked that they were organized and sent the estimate when they said they would. Communication was always great and everything went exactly as planned. The crew was nice and you could tell they had a lot of experience. Once the job was finished, we reviewed and we were very pleased with how the floors looked. We are thinking on buying another house and we will this company to install wood floors. We honestly never thought we would find a company with the level of compromise, passion, and responsibility of Martinez Wood Floors. Matt reviewed my last 12 months electric bills and was able to recommend a system that has eliminated my electric bill. Matt was a little aggressive on the installation timeframe but was there for me every step of the way as we addressed any unforeseen delays. Matt was always there when I had questions or concerns and was very responsive. End result I have the system I wanted and it's functioning properly.
