Went well, was on time, completed the work in a timely manner, explained what he needed to do and explain a possible issue in the future. He had to cut back the water lines since the turn off knobs were stuck, and replaced them, also repacked both faucets. No issue since the work was done. This has not been the first time I have used then, they are professional, on-time, and prices have been good."
