He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. It is already leaving depressions which will only get worse after winter. I have been chasing this company for months with vague promises they will look into it. Their last response was for me to sealcoat the driveway - at my expense! - which would only cover up the damage. I am pursuing a claim in court. Avoid this company if you don't want to have to do this."

The owner, Gordon, suggested a "floating" floor over the bricks as well as lifting the doors to accommodate the higher floor. Ron, who completed the job was absolutely amazing. "Gotham Builders went above and beyond when doing our kitchen renovation. The guys showed up on time and were early some days and cleaned up everyday before they left. They listened to our concerns and desires and they made excellent suggestions and came thru making the kitchen of our dreams. They also started and finished exactly when they said. Of course there were hiccups but when it looked shaky they came up with great solutions. I now have them doing another renovation. Everyone was good but Alberto and Cat were outstanding they approached the job with concern for what we wanted and needed."
