He diagnosed the problem and said he would be able to install the water heater within four days. He called the night before the install to let me know the expected arrival time and the amount of time it would take to complete the install. He showed up at 9am, as promised, and, before 11am, the water heater was installed and tested. I am extremely pleased and would consider Rapid for any other plumbing needs."

I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks.
