Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Several gas lines crossed this apartment-building roof on a mixture of old wood blocks and improvised metal supports. The modified-bitumen membrane underneath had reached the end of its useful life, but the piping could not be pushed aside while the roof was replaced. Some of the wood blocks had also retained moisture and worn shallow depressions into the cap sheet. A licensed plumbing contractor inspected the lines and developed a sequence for raising and supporting them without interrupting service to the whole building. The roofing crew worked in sections beneath the temporary supports, removing the old membrane and replacing damp insulation where the blocks had been sitting. New two-ply modified-bitumen roofing was installed before the pipes were lowered onto broad, nonpenetrating supports. Residents received notice before the brief service interruption needed for the final adjustments. The replacement supports kept metal edges away from the membrane."

There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Even if I was dealing with one of the other trades, Deniz stopped by to make sure the job was being done correctly and with no issues. The roof job was awesome--the crew was in early, completed tear-off, and laid down the new shingles, all in one day. "Almost four years ago we had a terrible hailstorm that cut a path here in Queens and Nassau, New York. Golf sized hail destroyed all the siding on the back of my house and about ten thousand just to repair my car. All was worked on and fixed except the roof which they said didn't suffer enough hail strikes. Now, I  have roof leaks and water coming from a ceiling. The insurance company reevaluated the job and now conceded that I should have gotten a new roof. 
King Quality did the siding job four years ago and now they have given me a great new roof with the finest materials and a great GAF warranty that will be good for decades. The salesperson on both jobs (Robert) was just fantastic. He made sure that I got the best of everything at the best cost. He came the day of the job to make sure all was well. This with his wife in the hospital. The foreman, Andy, did great work and kept his six men going in a very professional manner. It was nice to see people work in a way where they obviously knew what they were doing and they did it very efficiently and effectively. I have a beautiful new roof and would be glad to recommend King Quality to one and all my friends and relatives.
