The floor looks amazing – better than when new without any visible difference between the original and replaced section of flooring . "Francis was prompt in all his communications and was eager to carry out the job to our satisfaction. We wanted a particular type of low VOC material used on the floor and he was very helpful in tracking it down and in helping to find an alternative when our first choice was not available locally. The job took two days, one day for sanding and one day for coating the floor. He made sure that the dust was contained in the work areas by taping up plastic covers for all openings and worked efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible, given the noise level inherent in this kind of work. He was always cheerful and cooperative. The floors look so nice and make the rooms look cheerful and cared for. We would recommend to anyone who needs wood floor refinishing."

Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs."
