This is not a slander, but the truth, When I paid him in full with several cashiers check from All In Credit Union , he installed only the windows without replacing the side, upper and lower trims left it there since last year of or about May or Jun 2023. When I made my Last payment to him on Feb.2024 for log cabin siding he told me it would take 3-4 weeks shipped from State of Colorado. I have informed him within a week for my decision. A few days later, I called him up after several times trying to reach him by cell phone 3xx-4xx-1xxx after 5 times, the response was I am sorry I am not at the phone right now, please leave a message, After the 5th time around the response says the mailbox is full, goodbye!! I have sent him an email to him : kxxxxx3xx@gmail.com I told him that to please send me the telephone number in which he did not. I had to call up Ken Miller again, and he replied that the production caught on fire. I then called the company and asked if the production caught on fire and was there a purchase order , It is amazing that from Txxx lxx corporation tells the truth no fire and no purchase order. I proceeded to call Mr. Miller and his approach that he forgot . I decided t cancel and I wanted my complete refund in which he promised no problem. After several times of trying to obtain my complete refund he has refuse to acknowledge my phone calls. I have even tried cordially and politely for him to respond to me only at one time he would send it out by Thursday, Friday at the latest Saturday that I should receive in which he has never done so or at least would have received it by now. He has ripped me off over 10K, Right now I am in process of seeking this with all legal ramifications against him. Please listen to me. Please do not get victimized by contractors like this. Do not trust him at all, please be aware this for your own sake !!! Ask yourself a question, how can a Bxxxxx Bxxxxxxx xuxxxx rate him an 8.7 rating when he cannot complete the task at hand?"

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
