"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"Since 1977, I have had three houses in Tempe and dealt with four roofers.  This was by far my best experience.  Before hiring Express Roofing, I got estimates from two of the more well known, large companies, but was not happy with their pushy sales pitches.  Then I joined Angie's List and also contacted neighbors through our local Facebook group, and got multiple recommendations for this company.  The key is the owner Rene Palomino, whom my neighbor said was a real pleasure to work with, and that certainly proved to be true.  He took a lot of time to understand our situation, gave multiple options, explaining fairly the pros and cons, and came to the house several times.  He was also very patient as we made our choices.  He obviously takes real pride in the work that he does, and sincerely wants to take care of his customers. His workers are outstanding in how they handle the details -- covering the pool, say, or sweeping the grounds and even the alley with a magnetic device for nails at the end of every day.  And if Rene was even slightly delayed for an appointment, he would have his office call.  The man in the office, Jeff Lopez, in also very conscientious and courteous.  I waited to write this review until after a few storms, and am happy to report that everything is perfect.  I have already recommended this company to some close friends.  Rene Palomino is building his business the right way.

"My experience with True Built was refreshing. We hired them to do a complete replacement of our tile roof. Weston was polite, friendly and clearly knows his business. He even came out a second time after we received the estimate to answer the additional questions we had. Communication was great. We had a couple of rain delays but Weston kept in touch to let us know what was going on and when his crew would be out. Once the work started, they knocked out the whole job. No disappearing for a few days and then showing up again. The crew was polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and Weston was great about doing the little things the way I wanted them done. Their estimate was also the lowest of the 3 we received. If this is your first time replacing a tile roof (like it was for us), we did learn a couple of things: 1. If you want the multi-colored tile, you might want to pick tiles which have the 3 tone variation within each individual tile. We picked the kind where each tile is a slightly different shade which means you could end up with clusters of the same color in areas. Weston was great about this though, after the job was finished he sent his guys out 2 more times to move tiles around to make the colors more evenly distributed. 2. Talk to your roofer about what will need to be painted after the work is done and factor that into your budget or be prepared to paint it yourself. We didn’t realize there would be a small piece of trim added that would need to be painted. After getting a really high estimate from a painter, we ended up doing it ourselves and just repainted all the trim to match the new bird stop. It looks great but it was a lot of work on a 2 story house. Overall the experience with True Built was wonderful and I already recommended them to all my neighbors. I wish all jobs with contractors went that smoothly! I would not hesitate to use them again."

He didn't come on the agreed day but the next one. His team finished work the same day. It looks fine. There were no rains, so. Also warranty is given for five years."
