"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"The guys did a great job. The new fence looks great and has a continuous top of fence that follows the slope - much better than our other fence which goes panel to panel at differing height. We'll have to have Kevin and the guys replace the rest in the future.
We needed the fencing in pretty quick so we could let our dogs use the whole yard. The work took about a week in total, which I thought was reasonable for well over 250 ft of new fencing. 
The guys took out the old chain link fence and left the area clean and tidy. They came and went with minimal disturbance - sometimes I didn't even know they were there!
Price-wise, they were easily the best quote for the work - the fencing looks good quality & I know it came from Lowe's as they delivered it to our house.

"John was amazing! He came right away and gave me an estimate which was spot on. He was able to complete the job right away, which was critical because my Houdini dog was able to escape my old fence. John made sure there were no spaces where the fence joined other fences that would allow my dog to wiggle out. He was prompt, honest, and cleaned up totally afterward.
