"I had this company design some steps, a sidewalk and patio extension. Things I really liked: The walk through was a two-way discussion, I pointed out my ideas and received feedback of Pros/Cons with a number of possible directions. As the team encountered obstacles in the project, they consulted me and provided options. Good communication and very easy to work with. The team wasn't just pouring concrete; they took measurements and with calculated angles accounting for water drainage to both the immediate grounds and adjoining property. I called for an appointment and had an appointment for two days later and a week from that had been scheduled for mudjacking the slab in my family room. 

They arrived on time and drilled about 8 holes in the slab. Then they pumped concrete slowly into the slab to lift it level with the foundation. Once they leveled the slab they patched the holes and cleaned up and told me to call them if I had any problems or questions. It was fun to watch that big slab lifting up. The whole crew was very professional. Good all around experience.
