Dalton was a motivated and creative collaborator and helped us solve problems that arose in the course of our renovation. He was invested in our project and brought a variety of skills and expertise. "Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. Travis showed up on time as promised and was well prepared for the initial meeting, traveling from Independence to California, KY. He gave a fair and reasonable estimate and was very personable and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He and his helper did a great job on the wall prep, pressure washing, wood repair, painting and staining.
