I got a voice message from Pam suggesting we postpone. I returned her call that evening at about 7:30PM expecting to leave her a message - she actually answered! A few days later Sean came by the house to assess the job and give an estimate. He walked us through every step and offered suggestions for our concerns. After removing the old shingles, his men discovered that several boards had rotted and that a couple of rafters needed replacing. All that was taken care of--supervised by Gerry himself--for a tiny extra charge (20 dollars). The roof was replaced in one long day. Cleanup was good.
